I have been a professional musician and guitar

teacher for the past 15 years. My daily work consists

of teaching guitar at Junior Schools in the Berks/

Bucks area.

During that time I have helped over 300 pupils to

pass their various grade exams on the guitar and

have accumulated a wealth of experience teaching

children from year 2 to year 6, performing regular

guitar assemblies at my schools. Many pupils

continue with private lessons when they leave

junior school.

I like to use a varied style of music in my teaching and write my own Blues, Flamenco and Pop/Jazz books for this purpose.

I play professionally in a 'Gipsy Kings' style band (see links on the menu) and have previously played in Folk, Blues, Pop and Rock bands. I have many hours of experience in professional recording studios and have my own project studio at home.

I achieved the Royal Schools of Music Certificate in Teaching in 1998 and continue to enjoy teaching and performing to this day.
